Mapping Method of 3D Model Topographic Map Based on UAV Images
Aiming at the traditional large-scale mapping field workload, high labor cost, low effi-cicncy,and other problems. This paper proposes a method of drawing topographic maps using naked-eye 3D models of UAV images.Firstly,we use UAV technology to obtain the image data of the target area, then we use Pix4Dmappcr software to process the image data and establish the 3D model of the target area, and finally,we import the 3D model into the EPS 3D mapping sys-tem to complete the drawing of topographic maps.By comparing with the method of generating a point cloud model and constructing a topographic map by 3D laser scanning technology, the re-sults show that the naked-eye 3D model of a UAV image produces a less neutral error, which can be applied to the high-precision surveying and mapping task of the large-scale topographic map.
