新能源汽车CAN总线通信异常断点信号识别方法

常规的CAN总线通信异常断点信号识别方法以异常信号瞬时特征识别为主,断点信号识别并不全面,影响CAN总线通信效果.因此,研究了新能源汽车CAN总线通信异常断点信号识别方法这一课题.建立新能源汽车CAN总线通信异常断点识别矩阵,将CAN总线通信网络中的异常断点信号收发关系、信号位置、参数汇总到矩阵文件中,避免断点信号识别错漏问题.构建汽车CAN总线通信异常断点信号识别模型,利用马哈拉诺比斯距离,放大通信信号中的细微变化,从而获取更加准确的断点信号.识别CAN总线通信异常断点信号散射参数,反映通信断点信号的幅值与相位信息,更加准确地识别出异常断点的原因与位置,实现汽车总线的正常通信.采用对比实验,验证了该方法的断点信号识别准确性更高,能够应用于实际生活中.
The Signal Identification Method of Abnormal Breakpoint Signal of CAN bus Communication of New Energy Vehicles
The conventional identification method of abnormal breakpoint signal identification of CAN bus communication mainly adopts the instantaneous feature identification of abnormal sig-nal,but the identification of breakpoint signal is not comprehensive,which affects the commu-nication effect of CAN bus.Therefore,the signal identification method of abnormal breakpoint of CAN bus communication of new energy vehicles is studied.Establish the abnormal break-point identification matrix of CAN bus communication of new energy vehicles,and summarize the signal transmission relationship,signal position and parameters of abnormal breakpoints in CAN bus communication network into the matrix file to avoid the problem of breakpoint signal identification.Construct the signal recognition model of abnormal CAN bus communication,and use the Maharanobis distance to amplify the subtle changes in the communication signal,so as to obtain more accurate breakpoint signal.Identify the abnormal breakpoint signal scattering parameters of the CAN bus communication,reflect the amplitude and phase information of the communication breakpoint signal,identify the cause and position of the abnormal breakpoint more accurately,and realize the normal communication of the automobile bus.Comparative ex-periments are used to verify that the breakpoint signal identification of this method is more ac-curate and can be applied in real life.
