随着智能建筑和智慧城市概念的出现,建筑信息模型技术和地理信息系统技术在各自的领域迅速取得了显著进展.首先对地形数据和点数数据的特点展开分析,然后通过坐标转换与几何重构完成BIM模型几何信息的转换,最后对语义信息进行过滤与映射.通过BIM+GIS技术,将城市规划以三维场景的形式进行展示和分析,使规划师能够更直观、全面地了解城市的空间布局和资源分布情况,从而更好地进行方案设计和评估.
Construction and Application of 3D SceneBased on BIM+GIS Technology
With the emergence of intelligent building and smart city concepts,building informa-tion modeling(BIM)technology and geographic information system(GIS)technology have rapidly made significant progress in their respective fields.Firstly,the characteristics of terrain data and point data are analyzed,then the conversion of geometric information of BIM model is completed through coordinate conversion and geometric reconstruction,and finally the semantic information is filtered and mapped.Through BIM+GIS technology,urban planning is dis-played and analyzed in the form of 3D scene,so that planners can understand the spatial layout and resource distribution of the city more intuitively and comprehensively,and thus carry out scheme design and evaluation better.
