摘要

随着无人机技术的不断发展,其在各个领域的应用日益广泛,特别是在应急通信领域,无人机搭载通信装备能够快速、灵活地建立通信网络,完成空对地的信号覆盖,为抗灾救援提供可靠的通信支持.当灾害发生时,陆面通信基础设施可能受到损坏,特别是在"断路、断电、断网"的三断场景中,传统的应急通信基站车,不能第一时间赶赴灾害现场,为受灾区域提供通信救援保障.而无人机可以搭载4G/5G基站、非视距Mesh等装备,通过中星16、中星26、亚太6D等高通量卫星建立传输通道,快速开展空中通信组网,为救援区域提供广覆盖、高容量的通信服务,确保救援人员、指挥中心和受灾群众之间的信息畅通,提高救援效率和指挥决策的准确性.

Abstract

With the continuous development of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology,its applications in various fields are becoming increasingly widespread.Particularly in the field of e-mergency communications,UAVs carrying communication equipment can quickly and flexibly es-tablish communication networks,achieve air-to-ground signal coverage,and provide communica-tion support for disaster relief operations.When a disaster occurs,terrestrial communication infra-structure may be damaged.Especially in the"disconnection,power outage,and network disrup-tion"tri-disruption scenario,traditional emergency communication base stations cannot reach the disaster site in the first time to provide communication and rescue support for the affected area.However,UAVs can carry 4G/5G base stations,non-line-of-sight Mesh and other equipment,and establish transmission channels through high-throughput satellites such as ChinaSat-16,China-Sat-26,and APSTAR-6D,to quickly carry out air communication networking,and provide wide-coverage and high-capacity communication services for the rescue area,ensuring smooth informa-tion between rescuers,the command center,and the affected people,and improving the efficiency of rescue and the accuracy of command decision-making.
