摘要

随着国家推动网络强国战略,陆续发布了"5G+"计划、双千兆行动计划、东数西算工程、数字化转型、工业互联网等一系列政策法规要求;明确了运营商未来应重点聚焦新基建、数字化转型和高质量发展等方面的工作.承载网、传送网作为基础网络,是网络能否高质量发展的重要基石.如何推动两网协同发展,更好地服务于用户,也是需要不断思考的问题.该文对承载网与传送网协同发展进行了研究,提出多种创新网络优化手段并在现网进行了实践应用,有效提升资源利用率及投资效益,提升用户感知.

Abstract

As the country promotes the strategy of building a strong network country,a series of policy and regulatory requirements have been issued,including the"5G+"plan,the Double Gigabit Action Plan,the East Digital West Computing Project,the Digital Transformation Work Noticc,and the Industrial Internet.It is clear that operators should focus on new infrastructure,digital transformation,and high-quality development in the future.The carrier network and transmission network,as the basic networks,are important cornerstones for the high-quality de-velopment of the network.How to promote the coordinated development of the two networks and better serve users is also a question that needs continuous consideration.The paper studied the collaborative development of carrier networks and transmission networks,proposed various innovative network optimization methods,and applied them in existing networks,effectively improving resource utilization and investment efficiency,and enhancing user perception.
