摘要

设计了一款工作在Ka频段的无源双平衡宽带混频器.该混频器为环形结构,混频器件由四个肖特基二极管组成,巴伦采用螺旋线型Marchand巴伦的设计,解决了巴伦集成难度大的问题.为了改善端口隔离度不足的问题,文章设计了一种匹配结构,该匹配结构为一组高通滤波器,位置在本振巴伦和混频二极管堆中间,同时在本振和射频端口增加了固定衰减器,优化了端口驻波比.

Abstract

This article designs a passive dual balanced broadband mixer operating in the Ka fre-quency band.The mixer is a ring-shaped structure,and the mixing device is composed of four Schottky diodes.The Balun adopts a helical Marchand Balun design,which solves the problem of difficult Balun integration.In order to improve the problem of insufficient port isolation,this paper designs a matching structure,which is a set of high pass filters,the filters are located be-tween the oscillator balun and the diode stack.At the same time,fixed attenuators are added to the local oscillator and RF ports to optimize the port standing wave ratio.
