This article designs a passive dual balanced broadband mixer operating in the Ka fre-quency band. The mixer is a ring-shaped structure, and the mixing device is composed of four Schottky diodes. The Balun adopts a helical Marchand Balun design, which solves the problem of difficult Balun integration. In order to improve the problem of insufficient port isolation, this paper designs a matching structure, which is a set of high pass filters, the filters are located be-tween the oscillator balun and the diode stack. At the same time, fixed attenuators are added to the local oscillator and RF ports to optimize the port standing wave ratio.
