摘要

研究探讨了北斗三代短报文通信技术在高海拔地区的配电网营销数据采集及费控停复电领域中的应用效果.尽管目前该技术得到了广泛应用,但其在处理大规模递增数据时的性能尚未得到充分验证.因此,研究针对该技术在高海拔地区的系统设计和性能进行了实证评估.结果表明,在数据总字节从64字节增至409字节,理论传输时耗从10秒增至310秒的情况下,北斗短报文通信一体机的丢包数从1.3轻微上升到1.9,而且实际传输时耗的增长保持在合理范围内.这些发现表明,北斗三代短报文通信技术在提升工作效率、保障电力供应稳定性以及有效处理大规模数据传输任务方面具有显著优势.

Abstract

This paper discusses the application effect of Beidou third generation short message communication technology in the field of distribution network marketing data collection and cost control shutdown and restart in high altitude area.Although the technology is widely used today,its performance in dealing with large increments of data has not been fully verified.Therefore,the study conducted an empirical evaluation of the technology's system design and performance at high altitudes.The results show that when the total data bytes are increased from 64 bytes to 409 bytes and the theoretical transmission time consumption is increased from 10 seconds to 310 seconds,the packet loss of Beidou Short message communication machine is slightly increased from 1.3 to 1.9,and the actual transmission time consumption is kept within a reasonable range.These findings show that Beidou third-generation short message communica-tion technology has significant advantages in improving work efficiency,ensuring the stability of power supply and effectively handling large-scale data transmission tasks.
