摘要
随着计算机软件与测控系统的紧密结合,仪器仪表本身的结构概念和设计理念发生了突破性的变化,从而出现了一种新的仪器仪表概念——虚拟仪表(Virtual Institute),即虚拟仪表(Virtual Institute).该仪器技术是利用LabVIEW软件程序利用程序框图和西门子PLC进行编程,将传统的测控技术与计算机技术有机结合起来.测控技术系统以虚拟仪器为基础,主要由人机交互界面、测试控制部分和数据采集三个部分组成.操作人员只需要通过观看直观的人机交互界面,系统中的各类数据信息即可被精确的控制,大大简化流程操作,提高了设计进程和装置的综合性,积极意义明显.
Abstract
With the close integration of computer software and measurement and control system,the structural concept and design concept of the instrument itself have undergone breakthrough changes,so a new instrument concept has emerged-virtual instrument.This instrument technolo-gy is an organic combination of traditional measurement and control technology and computer technology,using LabVIEW software program using block diagrams and Siemens PLC program.The measurement and control technology system based on virtual instruments is mainly com-posed of three parts,namely human-computer interaction interface,test control part,and data ac-quisition part.The operator only needs to watch the intuitive human-computer interaction inter-face,and can clearly control all kinds of data information in the control system,and the whole process is easy to operate,which greatly promotes the design process and improves the compre-hensiveness of the device,which has certain positive significance.
