摘要

为提升5G网络覆盖能力,当前在进行900M低频打底网络建设.而在内蒙这种面积辽阔、沙漠、草原、戈壁等偏多而人口基础又偏少的场景下,基站有限的覆盖距离与接入距离就面临着巨大的挑战.针对这一问题,基于现网设备能力挖掘900M-NR的极限覆盖能力,提出了5G 900M NR超远覆盖方案,详细介绍了5G 900M-NR超远覆盖方案的实现原理和关键技术,并结合沙漠、边远道路等场景进行案例验证.该方案能够降低建站成本,实现低成本覆盖,保证网络的基本性能,通过无线网络优化和超远覆盖技术,最大限度地提高了用户使用感知,实现边远区域的5G网络超远覆盖,提升5G网络覆盖能力.

Abstract

To enhance 5G network coverage,the company is constructing a 900M low-frequency base network.In the vast area and relatively small population base of Inner Mongolia,the limited coverage and access distance of base stations face enormous challenges.In response to this issue,Inner Mongolia Unicom has explored the maximum coverage capacity of 900M-NR based on the existing network equipment capabilities,and proposed a 5G 900M NR ultra long range coverage scheme.The implementation principle and key technologies of the 5G 900M-NR ultra long range coverage scheme are detailed,and case verification is carried out in desert,remote roads and other scenarios.This solution can reduce the cost of website construction,achieve low-cost cov-erage,and ensure the basic performance of the network.
