中国联通与中国电信4G共建共享方案研究

摘要
2023年年底,中国联通和中国电信的5G共建共享网络已基本建设完成,目前5G网络分流比已近过半且呈稳定增长趋势.2023年电联双方4G业务量已出现拐点且呈逐渐下降趋势,4G网络已处于低负荷运行状态.文章从4G共建共享的角度出发,确定共建共享的总体目标,并以某地市案例为切入点,详细阐述共建共享的建设方案、重点及效果,实现双方共赢.
Abstract
By the end of 2023,the basic construction of China Unicom and China Telecom's shared 5G network has been completed.Now,the current 5G network diversion ratio has excee-ded half and is showing a stable growth trend.In 2023,the 4G traffic of both parties has reached a turning point and is gradually decreasing,and the 4G network has been operating at low load.This article starts from the perspective of 4G co construction and sharing,clarifies the overall goal of co construction and sharing,and takes a case study of a certain city as the starting point to explain in detail the construction plan,key points,and effects of co construction and sharing,a-chicving mutual benefit.
