Open Gateway作为GSMA的倡议计划,通过统一 API实现跨网络无缝访问,推动网络能力标准化开放,全球已有众多移动运营商参与其中,共同探索网络能力的商业变现.各大运营商对NaaS发展战略态度各异,但均在积极探索网络能力开放的新模式,以满足数字化转型需求.然而,运营商在开放网络能力方面仍面临跨境数据流动、网络安全和运营体系建设等诸多关键问题,商业模式、发展策略仍存在诸多问题需要决策.本文综合考虑国内外发展形势及实践经验,提出若干运营模式构想及运营发展建议,对运营商开展网络能力开放建设工作具有一定借鉴意义.
Based on Open Gateway:Future Network Capability Open Operation and Consideration for Telecom Operators
Open Gateway,as an initiative by the GSMA,aims to facilitate seamless cross-network access through a unified API,promoting the standardization and opening of network capabili-ties.Numerous mobile operators worldwide have already participated in this initiative,jointly exploring the commercial monetization of network capabilities.While major operators have var-ying attitudes towards the development strategy of NaaS(Network as a Service),they are all ac-tively seeking new models for opening up network capabilities to meet the needs of digital transformation.However,operators still face many key issues in opening up network capabili-ties,such as cross-border data flow,network security,and the construction of operational sys-tems,and there are still many issues with business models and development strategies that need to be decided.This paper,considering the development situation and practical experience both domestically and internationally,proposes several operational model concepts and development suggestions,which are of certain reference significance for operators in carrying out the con-struction of network capability opening.
