基于混合粒子群算法的新能源微电网运营成本优化方法研究

摘要
为了改变传统能源结构、提高能源利用率,文章提出了一种改进的混合PSO算法.在借鉴GA算法的基础上将传统粒子比拟为可自行设定杂交概率的粒子,并加入收敛因子提升算法性能.通过对混合粒子群算法进行应用性能分析,发现该算法对微电网进行配置优化的失负荷率为0.05%,弃电率为1.19%,新能源渗透率为88.27%,大幅提高了微电网的经济性和供电可靠性.该方法在新能源微电网运营成本的优化应用上有重要实用意义.
Abstract
In order to change the traditional energy structure and improve the energy utilization,this paper proposes an improved hybrid PSO algorithm.On the basis of GA algorithm,the tradi-tional particles are compared to particles that can set the hybridization probability,and conver-gence factors are added to improve the performance of the algorithm.According to the applica-tion performance analysis of the mixed particle swarm algorithm,it is found that the load loss rate of the algorithm is 0.05%,the power discard rate is 1.19%,and the penetration rate of new energy is 88.27%,which greatly improves the economy and power supply reliability of the microgrid.This method has important practical significance in the optimization application of operation cost of new energy microgrid.
