为实现工程师通过实时监测钻井液多参数迅速做出调整以适应不断变化的地层条件,保障钻井安全和提高钻井作业成功率,设计并开发基于.Net FrameWork 4.7.2 和 MVVM 框架的WPF上位机应用,实现与西门子S7-1200PLC的S7协议以及PLC自动化控制流程可视化、实时数据可视化,并利用SQLite数据库进行数据存储和查询.经现场测试运行状态表明,系统运行环境内的数据传输和数据库存储表现出良好的稳定性,满足工程师对于钻井液多参数的智能监测和数据存储需求.
Design of Multi-parameter Intelligent Monitoring System for Drilling Fluid Based on WPF
In order to enable engineers to quickly adjust to changing formation conditions through real-time monitoring of drilling fluid multiple parameters,ensure drilling safety and improve drilling operation success rate,design and develop based on.Net FrameWork 4.7.2 and MVVM framework WPF host computer application,to achieve S7 Protocol with Siemens S7-1200PLC and PLC automatic control process visualization,real-time data visualization,and the use of SQLite database for data storage and query.The field test shows that the data transmission and database storage in the system operating environment show good stability,and meet the en-gineers'requirements for intelligent monitoring and data storage of drilling fluid multi-parame-ters.
