摘要

信息技术应用创新产业全面推广,成为现象级风口.在工作推进过程中存在应用系统和信创产品底层数据定期上报,数据采集耗时低效、管理流程闭环不足的问题.然而信创产品涉及技术路线广、种类繁多、应用实例不够丰富,电信运营商在推进信创工作过程中面临着信创产品选型困难的问题.因此有针对性的构建一套具有可视化、可管理、可扩展、安全可靠、实时等特性的底层数据模型十分必要.不仅可以需兼顾全局,掌握数字化转型及信创工作进展,还可以应对外部指标要求的动态变化、内部技术栈创新带来的模块延展,能够通盘关联、灵活承接,实现关键能力复用.

Abstract

The comprehensive promotion of information technology application innovation in-dustry has become a phenomenon level trend.However,in the process of promoting work,there are issues such as regular reporting of underlying data in application systems and innovative products,time-consuming and inefficient data collection,and insufficient closed-loop manage-ment processes.However,the innovation products involve a wide range of technical routes,a wide variety of types,and insufficient application examples.Telecom operators are facing diffi-culties in selecting innovation products in the process of promoting innovation work.Therefore,it is necessary to build a targeted underlying data model with characteristics such as visualiza-tion,manageability,scalability,security,reliability,and real-time.Not only can it take into ac-count the overall situation,grasp the progress of digital transformation and information innova-tion work,but it can also respond to the dynamic changes in external indicator requirements and the module extension brought by internal technology stack innovation,and be able to compre-hensively connect and flexibly undertake,achieving the reuse of key capabilities.
