Research on Efficient Cellular Network Interference Handling
This article aims to provide a comprehensive guide for the troubleshooting and rectifi-cation of 4G/5G interference in cellular networks,to enhance network performance and user ex-perience.It offers a detailed classification and description of 4G/5G interference,delving into the generation principles and impacts of 11 types of interference.For external interference,a se-ries of rectification measures are provided,including negotiating channel closure or adjustment,penalizing interferers,adjusting power or tilt,frequency point adjustment,and installing filters.Additionally,specific measures for internal interference in 5G networks are discussed,such as symmetrical design,beam coordination and elimination,power control,and interference sensing.A standardized interference troubleshooting process helps improve network maintenance effi-ciency.In practical application in a major city in Hubei Province,the proportion of interference and the number of medium-to-high priority cells have both been significantly improved.The findings of this study will be widely applied to cellular network optimization,providing valua-ble guidance for the development of the communications industry.
