Intelligent Allocation Method for Logistics Warehouse Storage Space Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm
Due to the diversity of storage specifications and location distribution in logistics ware-houses,existing methods for goods storage allocation are difficult to effectively respond to the requirements of flow efficiency.Therefore,an intelligent allocation method for logistics ware-house storage based on an improved genetic algorithm is proposed.Based on the efficiency of circulation,this design aims to achieve the objective function of logistics warehouse storage allo-cation by considering the storage of goods with high turnover rates as close as possible to the en-trance and exit positions,placing goods that frequently enter and exit together as much as possi-ble,and prioritizing the storage of heavy items at the bottom of the shelves;Then,the storage space of the logistics warehouse is taken as the population individual,and each individual repre-sents a possible storage space allocation scheme.The improved genetic algorithm is used to opti-mize the objective function,and the storage space allocation scheme with the maximum fitness is used as the final execution scheme to complete the allocation of goods storage space in the logis-tics warehouse.The final test results show that the total time required for the design allocation method to complete the scheduling task is 116.0 minutes,and the corresponding flow efficiency is significantly higher than that of the control group.The application effect is good.
