宣钢用SiC替代硅铁合金化冶炼 HRB400 EZT1钢的试验

宣钢一钢轧厂为降低吨钢生产成本、提高钢材的力学性能、改善钢水质量,调整了低合金钢合金料优质廉价碳化硅的用量,替代成本较高的硅铁和部分增碳剂使用量。在炼钢作业区110 t转炉3#炉冶炼HRB400EZT1钢进行跟踪研究,结果表明:铸坯成分稳定可控,吨钢成本可降低0.88元/t,钢材的力学性能得到改善。新合金化方案完全可以取代传统方案,获得了良好的经济效益。
TEST OF ALLOYING SMELTING HRB400 EZT1 STEEL WITH SiC TO SUBSTITUTE FERROSILICAON
In Xuan Steel, to reduce cost per ton of steel, improve mechanical property and quality of molten steel, the amount of alloy material:high-quality and low-cost SiC used in smelting of low-alloy steel is increased to substitute the high-cost ferrosilicon and part of recarburization agent.The procedure of smelting HRB400EZT1 steel with 110-ton converter 3#is traced and researched.It is showed that the composition of casting billet is steady and can be controlled, the cost per ton of steel reduced by 0.88 yuan/t, the mechani-cal property of steels improved.The new alloying plan can replaced the traditional one, good economic profit got.
