摘要

提高高炉钒钛矿冶炼中钒的回收率是提高炼铁效益的有效途径之一.通过对承德钒钛历年钒钛矿高炉冶炼生产数据的研究分析,得出影响高炉钒回收率的关键因素,提出提高钒回收率的有效途径.研究表明:高炉钒投入量是影响钒回收率最主要的原因之一,钒投入量与钒回收率呈正比关系,随着钒投入量的增加,高炉钒回收率也提高.钒投入量低于2.4 kg/tFe的情况下,钒回收率与铁水中[Si +Ti]含量呈正比关系,钒回收率在83%以上时,要求铁水中[Si +Ti]含量月均值在0.35%以上;钒投入量在2.4~2.7 kg/tFe范围内时,钒回收率与铁水中[Si +Ti]含量呈正比关系,钒回收率若在85%以上,铁水[Si +Ti]含量月均值应不低于0.28%;钒投入量在2.7 kg/tFe以上时,钒回收率受铁水中[Si +Ti]含量的影响不大,高炉钒回收率基本在85%以上.

Abstract

Improving the recovery rate of vanadium in blast furnace vanadium titanium ore smelting is one of the effective ways to improve the efficiency of ironmaking.Through the research and analysis of the smelting and production data of vanadium titanium blast furnace in Chengde Vanadium Titanium over the years,the key factors affecting the recovery rate of vanadium in blast furnace are obtained,and an effective way to improve the recovery rate of vanadium is proposed.The results show that the vanadium input of blast furnace is one of the main reasons affecting the recovery rate of vanadium,and the amount of vanadium input is proportional to the recovery rate of vanadium,and with the increase of vanadium input,the recovery rate of vanadium in blast furnace also increases.When the vanadium input amount is less than2.4 kg/tFe,the vanadium recovery rate is proportional to the content of[Si +Ti]in molten iron,and when the vanadium recovery rate is above 83%,the monthly average value of[Si +Ti]content in molten iron is required to be more than 0.35%;when the vanadium input amount is in the range of 2.4~2.7 kg/tFe,the vanadium recovery rate is proportional to the content of[Si +Ti]in molten iron,and if the vanadium recovery rate is above85%,the monthly average value of molten iron[Si +Ti]content should not be less than0.28%;When the vanadium input amount is more than 2.7 kg/tFe,the vanadium recovery rate is not greatly affected by the content of molten iron[Si +Ti],and the recovery rate of blast furnace vanadium is basically more than85%.
