EFFECT OF BLENDING RATIO ON CO-INCINERATION OF SLUDGE AND GARBAGE
As a by-product of urban sewage treatment, sludge is a kind of solid waste with high yield and great harm.At present, there are three main ways to dispose of municipal sludge:composting, landfill and incineration. With the in-depth development of sludge incineration technology, this treatment method has become the main method of sludge disposal with the advantages of high waste reduction, energy recovery, and effective reduction of the hazards of pathogenic microorganisms and organic pollutants. In this paper, combined with the actual operation data of sludge co-waste incineration, the influence of blending ratio on flue gas and fly ash emission indexes was studied by using theoretical calculation, physical and chemical testing methods. The results show that when the blending ratio is about 10%,the flue gas emission index can fully meet the requirements of the GB18485-2014 emission standard, but the SO2 index exceeds the EU standard for many times. After incineration, about 0.4 t of ash is produced per ton of absolute sludge incineration,of which the ash content accounts for 60%and the slag content accounts for 40%.When the blending ratio increases, the proportion of fly ash increases, but the proportion of fly ash basically fluctuates around 6%.
