高炉炼铁工序所需的能源消耗和产生的污染物在钢铁企业中占比较大,炼铁是实现节能、降碳、减少污染物排放的重点工序.高炉冶炼生产过程中,布料后料罐均压煤气直接排入大气,不仅会对周边环境尤其是高炉生产区域造成不良影响,同时也会造成能源(高炉煤气)浪费.回收高炉料罐均压放散煤气,既能够减少CO2、CO和粉尘排放,同时能够减少能源损失,提高资源利用率,实现环境效益和经济效益的双赢.从高炉料罐均压煤气自然回收和全回收工艺技术分析入手,结合生产实际,通过对不同工况下高炉均压煤气回收系统运行数据和效益进行统计、核算和分析,定量说明了高炉均压煤气回收的技术特点,评估了两种煤气回收技术各自的优势,建议钢铁企业结合自身的实际生产情况,在不影响高炉生产作业顺畅的前提下,优先选择高炉均压煤气全回收工艺.
ANALYSIS OF THE BENEFITS OF BLAST FURNACE PRESSURE GAS RECOVERY
The energy consumption and pollutants produced in the blast furnace ironmaking process account for a large proportion of iron and steel enterprises,and ironmaking is the key process to achieve energy saving,carbon reduction and pollutant emission reduction.In the process of blast furnace smelting,the equalized pressure gas of the tank after distribution is directly discharged into the atmosphere,which will not only have a negative impact on the surrounding environment,especially the blast furnace production area,but also cause a waste of energy(blast furnace gas).The recovery of blast furnace tank equalization and release of gas can not only reduce CO2,CO and dust emissions,but also reduce energy loss,improve resource utilization,and achieve a win-win situation of environmental and economic benefits.Starting from the technical analysis of the natural recovery and full recovery process of blast furnace equalized gas in the blast furnace tank,combined with the actual production,through the statistics,accounting and analysis of the operation data and benefits of the blast furnace equalized gas recovery system under different working conditions,the technical characteristics of the blast furnace equalized pressure gas recovery were quantitatively explained,and the respective advantages of the two gas recovery technologies were evaluated.
