HBIS Group Tangsteel New Area is a green,intelligent and branded coastal steel base based on process modernization,large-scale equipment,intelligent logistics and transportation,resource and energy recycling,and green production.Since the three blast furnaces were put into operation,the upper charge adhered to the gas flow control policy of"stabilizing the edge,opening the center,stabilizing the center and taking into account the edge";the lower part adopts high wind speed and high kinetic energy air supply system;Adhere to low silicon smelting,reasonable control of iron[Si +Ti]content ≯0.45%;optimize the slag making system,control the MgO/Al2O3 in the slag to 0.55;a long period stable downline BF management system based on the"trinity"lean operation management mode was established,and a set of BF ironmaking technology suitable for high-proportion pelleted smelting was formed.Under the premise of 42%pelleted ore ratio,the maximum daily output of BF exceeded 9 000 t/d,the maximum coal ratio was 168 kg/t,and the minimum fuel ratio was 498 kg/t.All technical indicators have reached a new high since production.
