为实现钢铁冶金连铸液压系统的绿色、高效和长周期运行,张宣科技针对特钢公司2 台方坯连铸机液压系统运行不稳定、液压缸寿命短、漏油无法满足高端装备制造工艺要求的现状,对液压缸、控制技术和过滤装置等关键设备进行了技术改进和设备研发.首创的双活塞液压缸驱动技术根据嵌套原理,采用复合式双活塞缸和活塞杆顶升结构,在相同油缸筒直径条件下,通过增加液压缸工作腔的数量扩大缸内顶升面积,实现连铸钢包升降单缸驱动代替多缸驱动;在连铸钢包滑动水口液压缸缸筒外部安装氮气冷却筒,对液压缸持续冷却,并采用V型耐高温的格莱密封圈对导向套、活塞进行密封,同时,用无缝钢管将液压缸两个油口接长;冷床升降液压缸采用了圆锥形弹簧与变节流缓冲新型结构;研发的高压回流过滤技术采用"高压过滤+单向阀"实现了液压油的高度净化.新技术应用和设备优化后,有效提高了液压设备的使用寿命和控制精度,达到了连铸生产技术指标和产品性能的稳定控制,实现了炼钢连铸的高效、绿色、低成本、高质量生产,同时降低了能源介质的消耗,推进了钢铁工业的碳减排.
TECHNICAL IMPROVEMENT OF HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT FOR CONTINUOUS CASTERS
In order to realize the green,efficient and long-term operation of the hydraulic system of iron and steel metallurgy continuous casting,Zhang Xuan Technology has carried out technical improvement and equipment research and development on key equipment such as hydraulic cylinders,control technology and filtration devices in view of the unstable operation of the hydraulic system of two billet continuous casters of Special Steel Company,the short life of the hydraulic cylinder and the oil leakage can not meet the requirements of high-end equipment manufacturing process.The first double-piston hydraulic cylinder drive technology is based on the principle of nesting,adopts composite double-piston cylinder and piston rod jacking structure,under the condition of the same cylinder barrel diameter,increases the jacking area in the cylinder by increasing the number of hydraulic cylinder working chambers,and realizes the single-cylinder drive of continuous casting ladle lifting instead of multi-cylinder drive;The piston is sealed,and at the same time,the two oil ports of the hydraulic cylinder are connected with seamless steel pipes,the cooling bed lifting hydraulic cylinder adopts a new structure of conical spring and variable throttle buffer,and the high-pressure return filtration technology developed adopts"high-pressure filtration + one-way valve"to achieve a high degree of hydraulic oil purification.After the application of new technologies and equipment optimization,the service life and control accuracy of hydraulic equipment have been effectively improved,the technical indicators of continuous casting production and the stable control of product performance have been achieved,and the efficient,green,low-cost and high-quality production of steelmaking continuous casting has been realized,while the consumption of energy medium has been reduced,and the carbon emission reduction of the steel industry has been promoted.
