XINGCHENG SPECIAL STEEL SINTERING PROCESS EMISSION REDUCTION PRODUCTION PRACTICE
Sintering as an important part of the production of long process iron and steel industry, the production process will emit a lot of flue gas containing SO2,NOx,dust and other pollutants,is an important object of environmental governance in the iron and steel industry.Adhering to the concept of source reduction, process control and end treatment,Xingcheng Special Steel Sintering plant reduces the generation of SO2 and NOx from the source by controlling the proportion of high-sulfur fine powder, adding full coke powder and oxide sheet in the whole sintering process;the oxygen content in flue gas is controlled by reducing air leakage, preventing cross-air vibration in the internal circulation system and improving the temperature heat exchanger for desulfurization and denitrification.Control the alkalinity above 1.9,maintain high alkalinity sintering, control the particle size ratio of less than 0.5 mm in coke powder, and actively use the flue gas internal circulation system to reduce pollutant emission during sintering process;the integrated removal system of electric dust removal and active coke is used to complete the control of pollutants from the end.The emission indicators of SO2,NOx and dust in the sintering flue gas are 4 mg/m3,41 mg/m3 and 2mg/m3 respectively, all of which meet the national ultra-low emission standards of air pollutants in the iron and steel industry.
