分析了罗源闽光1 250 m3高炉炉况失常的原因,并总结了炉况的恢复过程和实际效果.认为高炉频繁加减风调整产能,慢风率高,外购焦炭质量不佳,烧结矿碱度和亚铁波动幅度大,Al2O3含量高,入炉铅、锌含量高排出率低等原因,造成了高炉炉缸不活、堆积,进而导致炉况失常难以恢复、产量低、消耗高,频繁烧小套.通过改善入炉焦炭的质量,停用高硫焦,降低入炉锌负荷,稳定烧结矿的碱度和亚铁含量,并降低Al2O3含量,调整下部送风制度,堵风口,改善炉缸初始煤气流分布,调整上部装料制度,发展边缘和中心两道气流,保证顺行,降低炉渣碱度,搭配大剂量的锰矿、萤石热洗,炉前增加铁次、换大钻头开口等措施,高炉炉况逐步恢复,炉缸中心温度逐步上升至正常水平,高炉各项指标恢复至正常.
ANALYSIS AND CONTROL OF ABNORMAL CONDITION OF 1 250 m3 BLAST FURNACE
The causes of abnormal furnace condition of Luoyuan Minguang 1 250 m3blast furnace are analyzed,and the process and effect of furnace condition restoration are summarized.It is considered that the blast furnace is characterized by frequent adjustment of capacity by adding or subtracting air,high rate of slow air,poor quality of coke purchased from abroad,high fluctuation of basicity and ferrous iron in sinter,high content of Al2O3,high content of lead and zinc in blast furnace and low discharge rate,as a result,the hearth of blast furnace is not active and accumulates,and then it is difficult to resume the abnormal furnace condition,low output,high consumption and frequent burning of small sleeves.By improving the quality of coke,stopping the high sulfur coke,reducing the load of zinc,stabilizing the basicity and ferrous content of sinter,reducing the content of Al2O3,adjusting the lower air supply system and blocking the air outlet,to improve the distribution of the initial gas flow in the hearth,to adjust the charging system on the upper hearth,to develop the edge and center gas flow,to ensure the smooth flow,to reduce the basicity of the slag,and to match with the high-dose hot washing of manganese ore and fluorite,the blast furnace condition is gradually recovered,the hearth center temperature is gradually raised to normal level,and all the indexes of the blast furnace are returned to normal.
