CONSTRUCTION OF INTELLIGENT LOGISTICS IN IRON AND STEEL ENTERPRISES AND ITS APPLICATION IN HBIS GROUP TANGSTEEL COMPANY
With the development of modern information technology,intelligent logistics system can identify and handle all kinds of internal and external risks to ensure smooth steel production,become the logistics management mode of numerous large-scale iron and steel enterprises.According to the requirements of customers,production,delivery and policy environment in iron and steel enterprises,this paper analyzes the role of intelligent logistics in meeting the needs of customers,ensuring the stable operation of production and responding to market fluctuations.By analyzing the three stages of the development of intelligent logistics-the automation of logistics function,the intellectualization of logistics system and the autonomy of intelligent logistics system,it is put forward that the intelligent logistics in iron and steel enterprises is that the logistics system makes use of the latest information technology and intelligent technology to self-perceive and self-identify the interference factors from inside and outside of the enterprise,analyze the influence of disturbing factors on the enterprise system,make decision and coordinate the operation of the logistics system according to the development requirements of the enterprise,improve the resilience of the logistics system and ensure the security of the logistics system,to ensure the normal operation of enterprises.In the light of the characteristics of Tangsteel Company,this paper puts forward a construction framework suitable for the intelligent logistics of Tangsteel Company,and clarifies the development goal of the intelligent logistics,the construction of its Intelligent Railway Transportation Information System and logistics intelligent visualization system are emphatically introduced.Relying on the construction of intelligent logistics system,HBIS Group Tangsteel Company has realized the integrated management and control of supply logistics,production logistics and sales logistics and the optimization of the whole process,accelerate the transformation to intelligentization.
