THE DEVELOPMENT STATUS OF HYDROGEN INDUSTRY AND ITS APPLICATION PRACTICE IN CHINAS IRON AND STEEL INDUSTRY
Hydrogen energy plays an important role in solving problems such as energy crisis,global warming and environmental pollution.The world's major developed countries attach great importance to the development of hydrogen energy industry,who have promoted the development of hydrogen energy to the national strategic level.The United States,Germany,France and Japan and other countries have formulated hydrogen energy development plans,road maps and related support policies.China is the largest hydrogen-producing country in the world,and the hydrogen industry is developing rapidly.In this paper,the application of hydrogen energy in hydrogen metallurgy,hydrogen energy logistics,full oxygen hydrogen-rich carbon cycle melting reduction and blast furnace injection of hydrogen-rich gas are studied.The research results show that China's current hydrogen energy industry has serious problems such as lack of core technology research and development capability,imperfect standard system and uncoordinated development of industrial chain.Finally,it puts forward the development direction and suggestions on the future need to innovate the cooperation mode of hydrogen energy industry in China's iron and steel industry,promotes the coordinated development of hydrogen energy industry chain,constructs the hydrogen metallurgy technology system of"replacing carbon with hydrogen"and establish and improve the hydrogen energy industry standard system.
