RESEARCH ON MINING METHOD OF COMPLEX BROKEN ORE BODY AND PRACTICE OF YIELD OPTIMIZATION
It is difficult to realize safe and efficient mining of complex broken ore bodies, and the selection of mining methods is still a difficult problem in current mining technology.Based on the background of complex broken stope in an iron mine, numerical simulation of structural parameters and collaborative technology of production enhancement layout are carried out in this paper.Firstly, the rock mass structural plane investigation and analysis and rock specimen point load strength test are carried out to grade the rock mass stability.Secondly,on the basis of rock mass quality classification, based on Mathew stability chart method.Based on the comprehensive consideration of mining engineering and the stability of stope roof and side wall,it obtains the allowable exposed structural parameters of the stope. When the width is 10~18 m,the maximum allowable exposure length of the stope is 30~60 m.When the stope height is less than 30 m,the maximum allowable exposure length of the stope is 30~50 m.When the height is greater than 30 m,the maximum allowable exposure length of the stope is 45~60 m.On this basis,25 different mining schemes are proposed, and numerical simulation optimization research on stope structural parameters is carried out by using FLAC3D.Through comparative analysis of displacement of stope roof and side wall, comparative analysis of stress, comparative analysis of plastic zone, etc.,combined with mining practice,it is proposed to implement pre-controlled roof large-diameter and deep-hole mining method in the southern region with relatively good geological conditions. In the more fractured northern region, the pre-controlled top medium-deep hole mining sublevel drilling mining method is adopted, and the production lifting layout and scheduling optimization are constantly carried out to successfully achieve the designed production capacity.
