RESEARCH ON SYSTEM INTELLIGENT CONSTRUCTION OF OPEN-PIT TO UNDERGROUND MINING IN MIAOGOU IRON MINE
In response to the need for intelligent construction of the main production system during the open-pit to underground mining process at Miaogou Iron Mine,research was conducted on the intelligent construction of the mine's centralized control center,central water pump room,air compressor station,and electric locomotive driving system from the perspectives of unmanned and intrinsic safety.By establishing an integrated control and scheduling command center and data network center,remote control and monitoring of various drainage equipment and air compressor stations can be achieved.By renovating the existing 8 electric locomotives,the on-site manual control and ground remote control functions of the electric locomotives can be achieved.At the same time,wireless WIFI base stations combined with optical cable transmission are used to achieve wireless coverage of transportation tunnels,reducing network switching time to milliseconds,ensuring safety,reliability,and mature technology.The information gathering and closing system is also equipped with industrial control computers and displays at the dispatch station to monitor the real-time operation of trains.Real time video monitoring is carried out for difficult sections of train operation such as turnouts,loading and unloading points,etc.Upon detectiong an obstacle,the electric locomotive obstacle monitoring system promptly issues a safety alert and initiates control measures to decelerate or halt the locomotive as necessary.After the completion of the intelligent construction of the system,the number of equipment operators can be reduced by 23,and the overall economic benefit is 2.07 million yuan,realizing the intrinsic safety of the transition from open-pit to underground mining in Miaogou Iron Mine.The research results can provide guidance and reference for the intelligent construction of mines under similar conditions.
