烟气分析系统在电炉炼钢生产中的应用

烟气分析系统可以监测冶炼过程中烟气的成分、流量和温度等参数,系统控制模型利用获取的信息对冶炼过程进行分析、判断并控制,进而指导自动化冶炼.但从烟气分析系统在电炉炼钢生产中的实际应用情况来看,普遍存在烟气采集数据随机性和波动性较大的问题,造成工艺分析和控制系统无法对电炉炉内冶炼情况进行准确判断和指导.为解决相关问题,改变了烟气成分采集位置,通过获取二次燃烧后的稳定烟气参数(监测值相对其中位数的波动范围为-9%~+16%),增加N2在内的烟气全成分分析,设置电炉炉内压力监测装置,增加电炉烟气采集的延时性补偿等措施,提高了电炉烟气分析系统采集数据的完整性和准确性,输出端采用二次燃烧后烟气分析监测结果的积分值与电炉PLC输入端的累计值符合度达到90%以上,可以准确指导电炉自动化冶炼.
APPLICATION OF FLUE GAS ANALYSIS SYSTEM IN ELECTRIC FURNACE STEELMAKING PRODUCTION
The flue gas analysis system can monitor parameters such as composition,flow rate,and temperature of smelting flue gas.The system control model uses the obtained information to analyze,judge,and control the smelting process,thereby guiding automated smelting.However,from the practical application of flue gas analysis systems in electric furnace steelmaking production,there is a common problem of randomness and fluctuation in flue gas collection data,which makes it difficult for the process analysis and control system to accurately judge and guide the smelting situation inside the electric furnace.To solve related problems,the location of flue gas composition collection has been changed.By obtaining stable flue gas parameters after secondary combustion(with a fluctuation range of-9%~+16%relative to the median of the monitoring value),adding full composition analysis of flue gas including N2,setting up pressure monitoring devices inside the electric furnace,and adding delay compensation for electric furnace flue gas collection,the completeness and accuracy of the data collected by the electric furnace flue gas analysis system have been improved.The output end adopts the integrated value of the flue gas analysis monitoring results after secondary combustion,and the cumulative value of the electric furnace PLC input end has reached a consistency of over 90%,which can accurately guide the automation smelting of the electric furnace.
