FLUE GAS CIRCULATION DESUL-FURIZATION TECHNOLOGY FOR COAL-FIRED BOILERS
Currently, coal is the main energy source in China, mainly used in heating and power generation fields.During the use of coal,SO2 in flue gas will inevitably cause certain pollution to the environment, forcing the rapid development of flue gas desulfurization technology. The commonly used flue gas desulfurization processes mainly include wet flue gas desulfurization, dry flue gas desulfurization, and semi dry flue gas desulfurization, each with certain drawbacks.Based on this, flue gas circulation desulfurization and recovery technology has been developed.Compared with traditional desulfurization processes, the by-products generated by this process have certain value, and the desulfurizer can be recycled, which can significantly reduce its dosage.By analyzing the principles and difficulties of cyclic desulfurization technology, the key parameters of this technology, namely temperature and CO2 concentration, have been determined to have a significant impact on the adsorption and desorption of desulfurizers in cyclic desulfurization technology.Through computer technology, imidazole based ionic liquid was used as a desulfurizer to simulate and verify the SO2 cycle desulfurization and recovery technology. At 23 ℃,the average absorption molar ratio of CO2 and SO2 in the mixed gas by imidazole based ionic liquid desulfurizer was 1∶18.3,and at 108 ℃,the average absorption molar ratio of CO2 and SO2 in the mixed gas was 1∶17.8.Through simulation data analysis,it has been proven that imidazole based ionic liquids have high feasibility and application value as desulfurizers.
