IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES AND CHALLENGES OF LOW CODE PLATFORMS IN THE STEEL INDUSTRY
This article analyzes the needs of the steel industry in the process of digital transformation,and combines the core characteristics of low code platforms to provide a detailed analysis of the main challenges that the steel industry may face in implementing low code platforms.A series of specific solutions and implementation strategies are proposed to address these challenges.By studying various application scenarios and successful cases of low code platforms in steel enterprises,the impact of implementing low code platforms on production efficiency and business management has been determined.The results suggest that firstly low code platforms provide steel companies with a tool for rapid application development,simplifying production management processes and accelerating the process of digital transformation.Secondly,the challenges faced in implementing low code platforms in the steel industry include security and compliance,integration standards and quality issues for massive data,technological complexity,and changes in corporate culture and management models.Finally,by developing clear implementation strategies and solutions,steel companies can successfully address these challenges and complete their digital transformation.The research results have important guiding significance for decision-makers and business managers in steel enterprises,which can help enterprises fully utilize the potential of low code platforms,improve production efficiency,optimize business processes,quickly respond to business adjustments and changes,and achieve the goal of digital transformation.
