APPLICATION OF METALLURGICAL PROCESS INTELLIGENCE IN TANGSTEEL NEW DISTRICT
At present,the manufacturing process of large joint steel enterprises is complex,with multiple processes,long chains,multiple product varieties and specifications,and difficult production organization and operation.Various uncertain factors lead to fluctuations in production pace,making it difficult to connect processes in an orderly manner,and the energy consumption of processes is relatively high,the degree of process continuity needs to be further improved.Under the guidance of metallurgical process engineering theory,Tangshan Iron and Steel New Area has conducted research and practice on process optimization and intelligent operation.Starting from the improvement of process self-organization and other organizational capabilities,research and development will be carried out around three levels:efficient and stable processes,smooth and seamless interfaces,dynamic and orderly processes,and continuous collaborative operation.Based on the dynamic Gantt chart of the five dimensions of matter,energy,time,space,and information,a technical roadmap for constructing an information physics fusion system is constructed through collaborative optimization of material flow,energy flow,and information flow.Summarized the stage progress and indicator improvement in the optimization of ironmaking steelmaking interface and dynamic scheduling of molten iron,efficient collaborative operation of"one-to-one"laminar flow in steelmaking section,optimization and dynamic scheduling of steel zone interface,optimization and collaborative scheduling of continuous casting hot rolling interface process.By building a networked,flat,flexible,and integrated production planning management system,we meet the management requirements of steel enterprises to achieve production and sales balance in high-level production organizations.We establish global planning and scheduling rules led by production planning,as well as multi variety and small batch scheduling rules,to promote energy efficiency improvement and ultimately achieve lean production goals.
