T/HMS 006-2023"DETERMINATION OF METAL MANGANESE SELENIUM CONTENT INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA ATOMIC EMISSION SPECIROMETRY"STANDARD APPLICATION ANALYSIS
This paper comprehensively analyzes the application of T/HMS 006-2023"Determination of metal manganese Selenium content by inductively coupled plasma Atomic emission Spectrometry"in practical testing, and analyzes the scope of application, reagents, instruments, test steps and other key contents of the standard in detail,so as to provide technical support for testers to better use the standard. The determination of selenium content in manganese metal is more efficient in practical work.T/HMS 006-2023 is a test method standard, which is suitable for the detection of selenium in the content range of 0.003 0%~0.080%in manganese metal. The standard ensures the complete stable dissolution of manganese metal selenium through the mixed acid system of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid, and adopts the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry to achieve the rapid detection of selenium.Compared with the current test standard GB/T 8654.6-1988,the detection range of selenium is 0.03%~0.31%,which effectively reduces the detection limit and is more in line with the detection range required by the YB/T 051-2023 product standard.Standard The repeatability limit and reproducibility limit of the standard detection method were determined through the joint test of metal manganese in 6 laboratories. The publication and implementation of this standard not only provides a standard detection method for the rapid detection of impurity elements in manganese metal, but also helps to improve the quality of manganese metal products.
