RESEARCH ON THE TRANSFORMATION AND UPGRADING OF DIGITAL SUPPLY CHAIN OF STEEL INDUSTRY IN HEBEI PROVINCE UNDER THE GOAL OF"DOUBLE CARBON"
Under the tide of global carbon emission reduction,the proposal of China's"double carbon"goal has an important impact on social development,industrial transformation and upgrading and other aspects.Realizing the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality is an inherent requirement for China to implement the new development concept,accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,and promote high-quality economic development.As an important part of Chinas industrial manufacturing,the steel industry is imminent under the background of green and low-carbon development.As the largest steel province,Hebei Province should reflect its responsibility and set a benchmark for the transformation and upgrading of the digital supply chain of the national steel industry.Through the analysis of the present situation of iron and steel industry in Hebei province,including the unique development foundation advantages and the current production development,from the internal pressure and external challenges is the necessity of promoting the development of transformation and upgrading,the construction of"green steel manufacturing"card,and points out that based on"double carbon"target digital supply chain transformation and upgrading obstacles and challenges,and from cultivating high-end talents,digital technology standards and investment to strengthen the construction of digital three aspects put forward rationalization implementation strategy.The study believes that the transformation and upgrading of digital supply chain is a key step for the steel industry in Hebei province to achieve the goal of"double carbon",which helps to promote the steel industry to the sustainable and high-quality development.
