摘要
目的 对盐酸普拉克索2种不同含量测定方法进行对比研究.方法 采用电位滴定法和高效液相色谱(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)法测量盐酸普拉克索含量.结果 采用电位滴定法测定结果与HPLC法基本一致,电位滴定法的相对标准偏差均小于 HPLC法,HPLC法测定误差高于电位滴定法,电位滴定法的重复性更好,首选电位滴定法作为盐酸普拉克索含量测定的方法.结论 电位滴定法简便、快捷、成本低、精密度和准确度良好,更适用于盐酸普拉克索含量测定.
Abstract
Objective To compare two different content determination methods of pramipexole hydrochloride.Methods The potentiometric titration method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method were used to measure the content of Pramipexole Hydrochloride.Results The results of titration and HPLC method are basically consistent,The relative standard deviation of potentiometric titration is smaller than that of HPLC,and the deviation of HPLC is higher than that of titration,and the repeatability of titration is better,so the potentiometric titration method should be a top priority.Conclusion The titration method is simple,fast,low cost,has high precision and good accuracy,and it is suitable for measuring the content of pramipexole hydrochloride.
