Clinical Observation of Xingpi Yanger Combined with Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride Capsule in Treating Infantile Enuresis
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xingpi Yanger combined with Meclofenoxate Hydrochloride Capsules in the treatment of enuresis in children.Methods:148 children with enuresis in our hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=74)and investigation group(n=74)according to random number method.The control group was treated with oral meclofenoxate hydro-chloride capsules,and the investigation group was treated with oral meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules + Xingpi Yanger granules for 4 weeks.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups and compare the TCM symptom score,enuresis times,sleep awakening disorder score,awakening threshold,bladder capacity,urine osmotic pressure and antidiuretic hormone(ADH)levels before and after treatment in the two groups.The re-currence situation was recorded within 3 months-treatment.Results:The overall response rate of investigation group was 85.14%,higher than control group with 64.86%;After treatment,the TCM symptom score,enu-resis frequency,sleep awakening disorder score and awakening threshold index of the two groups were de-creased,and the investigation group was lower than the control group;Bladder capacity,urine osmolality,and concentration levels of ADH increased in both groups after treatment,and were higher in the investigation group than in the control group,all these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After a follow-up of 3 months,the recurrence rate in study group(8.11%)was statistically lower than that in control group(20.27%).Conclusion:Xingpi Yanger combined with meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of enuresis in children and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
