帕金森病患者血清CysC SAA水平的变化及其与认知功能损伤的关联性分析

目的:分析帕金森(PD)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)水平的变化及其与认知功能损伤的关系。方法:选取2019 年8 月至 2023 年 8 月本院接受治疗及健康体检的人群为研究对象,其中:150 例PD患者为病例组,90 例体检健康志愿者为对照组。采用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评估认知功能,对比两组人员一般资料、血 CysC、SAA 水平和 MoCA 评分。对比不同 Hoehn 和Yahr(H-Y)分期患者CysC、SAA水平,对比认知障碍与认知正常组 CysC、SAA 水平,CysC、SAA 水平与H-Y分期及MoCA评分的相关性用Pearson 进行分析。结果:病例组CysC、SAA水平均高于对照组,病例组MoCA评分低于对照组,差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。对照组CysC、SAA水平<早期PD组<中晚期PD组,对照组MoCA评分>早期 PD 组>中晚期 PD 组,差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。对照组CysC、SAA 水平<认知正常组<认知障碍组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0。05)。PD 患者血清CysC、SAA水平与H-Y分期均呈正相关(r=0。610、0。565,P<0。05),与 MoCA 评分均呈负相关(r=-0。352、-0。533,P<0。05)。结论:PD患者血清中CysC、SAA水平均升高,随着H-Y分期增加CysC、SAA水平升高,MoCA评分降低,且 PD 患者血清 CysC、SAA 水平与 H-Y 分期均呈正相关,与 MoCA 评分均呈负相关。
Changes in Serum Cysc SAA Levels and Their Correlation with Cognitive Impairment in Parkinson's Disease Patients
Objective:To analyze the changes in levels of serum cystatin C(CysC)and SAA in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)and their relationship with cognitive impairment.Methods:Patients who re-ceived treatment and physical examination in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects,including 150 PD patients as the case group and 90 healthy volunteers as the control group.Cognitive function was assessed using Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA).The general da-ta,serum CysC and SAA levels,and MoCA scores were compared.The levels of CysC and SAA were com-pared among patients with different Hoehn and Yahr(H-Y)stages.The CysC and SAA levels were compared between the case group and the control group.The correlation of CysC and SAA with H-Y staging and MoCA score was analyzed using Pearson analysis.Results:The levels of CysC and SAA in the case group were high-er while the MoCA score was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).CysC and SAA revealed the control group<the early PD group<the middle and late PD group,while MoCA score revealed the control group>the early PD group>the middle and late PD group(P<0.05).CysC and SAA levels revealed the control group<normal cognition group<cognitive impairment group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CysC and SAA in PD patients were positively correlated with H-Y staging(r=0.610,0.565,P<0.05),and were negative-ly associated with MoCA score(r=-0.352,-0.533,P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of CysC and SAA in the serum of PD patients are increased.With the increase of H-Y stage,the levels of CysC and SAA rose while the MoCA score decreased.The levels of serum CysC and SAA in PD patients were positively correlated with H-Y staging and negatively correlated with MoCA score.
