In Zhang Yuansu's work"Practical Prescriptions for Cold and Heat Patterns of Zangfu Organs:Pang-guang",he introduces the academic concept of treating Pangguang diseases from the perspective of Fei.The au-thor deeply appreciates this viewpoint,believing that the root cause of Pangguang diseases lies in the inadequacy of Feiqi,leading to dysfunction in the downward regulation and water passage functions.This,in turn,hinders the proper Qihua of the Pangguang,resulting in Pangguang pathologies.Therefore,the treatment approach em-phasizes Qingfei,Bufei,Runfei,and Xuanfei to ensure smooth Qiji and proper distribution of fluids,thus resto-ring Pangguang Qihua functions and promoting healing.This artical summarizes the clinical application experi-ences.
