摘要
对芳香疗法在癌症患者化疗相关恶心呕吐(chemotherapy related nausea and vomiting,CINV)中的应用进行综述,详细介绍CINV的概念、分类、发生机制、防治措施,芳香疗法的定义、起源与发展、操作方法、作用机制、在现代临床的应用现状以及在癌症患者CINV中的应用现状,提出现存问题和后续研究方向,为该方法在癌症患者CINV中的相关护理提供参考依据.
Abstract
The applications of aromatherapy in chemotherapy related nausea and vomiting(CINV)in cancer pa-tients were summarized in order to provide a detailed introduction to the concept,classification,pathogenesis,and prevention and treatment measures of chemotherapy related nausea and vomiting;The definition,origin and development,operation method,mechanism of action,application status in modern clinic and application status in CINV of cancer patients of aromatherapy were introduced,and the existing problems and follow-up research directions were discussed to provide reference for the related care of this method in CINV of cancer patients.
