Reform and practice of ultrasonic diagnosis military vocational education and training based on military medical service demand
Military vocational education is an important part of the new trinity military personnel training system,which plays an important role in improving the ability and quality of military personnel and improving their post competence.The vocational education of military doctors in grass-roots units is an important measure and effec-tive means to rapidly improve the medical rescue ability of grass-roots military doctors in peacetime and wartime.Focusing on the needs of medical service in grass-roots units,this teaching and research section has carried out a series of reforms and explorations on the basis of the previous experience of ultrasonic diagnosis vocational edu-cation and training for military doctors in grass-roots units,providing new ideas for promoting the deepening de-velopment of ultrasonic diagnosis military vocational education in military colleges,so as to promote the reform of military vocational education and training mode,improve the trinity new military personnel training system and enhance the medical service support ability of the troops.
