脑小血管病所致认知障碍发病机制及影像诊断研究进展

摘要
认知障碍是脑小血管病最主要的临床表现,主要表现为记忆和注意力下降、执行功能下降、信息处理速度减慢、语言流畅性下降等,是一种十分常见的神经系统疾病.其早期症状不典型、不易诊察,晚期常影响脑小血管病患者的生活质量,给家庭及社会带来巨大的经济负担.总结脑小血管病的发病机制及相关影像学检查方式,以期为认知障碍探究与治疗、延缓认知功能障碍进展、提高老年人群生活质量等提供理论依据.
Abstract
Cognitive impairment is the most important clinical manifestation of cerebral small vessel disease.The main clinical manifestation of cerebral small vessel disease is the decline of memory and attention,executive function,information processing speed and language fluency,it's a very common neurological disorder.The early symptoms of cerebral small vessel disease are not typical and easy to be diagnosed.The late stage often affects the quality of life of cerebral small vessel disease patients.The article summarizes the pathogenesis of small cere-bral vascular disease and the relevant imaging examination methods,it is expected to provide theoretical basis for the research and treatment of cognitive impairment,delaying the progress of cognitive impairment and improving the quality of life of the elderly.
