摘要
易水学派作为中医历史上独具特色的医学流派,其脏腑辨证、重脾胃思想、引经报使学说及升降浮沉理论极大地丰富了中医理论内涵.恩师李福海系国医大师路志正教授亲传弟子.本文旨在通过分析跟师侍诊过程中所遇病案三则,浅析易水学派中升降理论的应用和启示,为进一步传承易水学派思想、创新治疗方法、改善临床疗效提供思路.
Abstract
Yishui School,as a unique medical school in the history of traditional Chinese medicine,has greatly enriched the theoretical connotation of traditional Chinese medicine with its dialectical views on the organs,em-phasis on the spleen and stomach,the theory of introducing meridians and promoting circulation,and the theory of ascending,descending,floating,and sinking.LI Fuhai is a disciple of Professor Lu Zhizheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine.This article aims to discuss three medical cases encountered by Dr.LI during the process of clinical practices,analyzes the application and inspiration of the theory of Shengjiang in Yishui School,and provide ideas for further inheriting the ideas of Yishui School,innovating treatment methods and im-proving clinical efficacy.
