摘要
介绍目前国内外急诊科医护人员安宁疗护培训的相关研究,重点对培训内容、培训方法及评价形式进行总结,提出对中国急诊科医护人员开展安宁疗护培训的启示,为构建本土化的急诊科安宁疗护培训课程提供参考.
Abstract
This paper introduces the relevant research developments on hospice training for emergency medical workers both domestically and internationally,focusing on the summary of the training content,training methods and evaluation forms,puts for forward some suggestions for conducting hospice training for medical workers on emergency department in China,and provides reference for the construction of training courses for localized emergency department in medical workers on hospice.
