摘要
照顾者的信息需求与患者疾病治疗效果和生活质量密切相关.然而大部分脑卒中患者照顾者的信息需求未得到满足,这不仅影响患者的疾病预后和健康结局,还可能增加照顾者处理突发情况时的不确定性,使其成为"隐形患者".对脑卒中患者照顾者信息需求的内容、影响因素、信息支持形式和评估工具等方面进行综述,以期为照顾者提供更专业、更有针对性的信息支持提供借鉴.
Abstract
The information needs of caregivers are strongly associated with the treatment outcomes and quality of life for patients.Nevertheless,the unfulfilled information needs of the majority of caregivers of stroke patients not only impact the prognosis and health outcomes of the patients,but also amplify the uncertainty that caregivers face when navigating unforeseen circumstances,making them"invisible patients".This study reviews the con-tent,influencing factors,supporting forms and assessment tools of information needs of caregivers of stroke pa-tients.It's expected to provide a basis for more professional and targeted information support for caregivers.
