温阳通络、化痰散结法治疗癌性多关节炎思路

摘要
癌性多关节炎是临床上容易忽视的恶性肿瘤并发症之一.随着现代医学的不断进步,癌性多关节炎受到了越来越多的关注.临床上,西医治疗本病有其局限性且疗效欠佳,中医药因其"整体观念、辨证论治"的独特优势,在认识及治疗本病方面取得了良好效果.癌性多关节炎的发病与癌毒内积、外感淫邪及体质因素等密切相关,"阳虚邪凑、痰瘀互结"为其基本病机,故以"温阳通络、化痰散结"为基本治法应用于临床,可取得满意疗效,附验案一则以供临证参考.
Abstract
Carcinomatous polyarthritis is one of the easily neglected clinical complications of malignancy.With the continuous progress of modern medicine,cancerous polyarthritis has received more and more attention.In clinical practice,western medicine has its limitations and poor efficacy in the treatment of cancerous polyarthri-tis,but Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the understanding and treatment of this disease due to its unique advantages of"holistic concept and evidence-based treatment".We believe that the pathogenesis of can-cerous polyarthritis is closely related to the accumulation of cancerous toxins,external exposure to evil spirits and physical factors,and that the basic pathogenesis of the disease is"Yangxu xiecou,Tanyu hujie".The treatment can achieve satisfactory results,and a effective case were attached to prove it.
