摘要
国家相关政策显示,以家庭为中心的预立医疗照护计划已成为社会关注热点,是目前中国重点发展的医学领域之一.阐述以家庭为中心的预立医疗照护计划在癌症患者中开展的必要性、应用效果,分析其发展阻力,并提出相应的对策及建议,旨在加快中国以家庭为中心的预立医疗照护计划的规范化建设,推动中国安宁疗护的进一步发展.
Abstract
According to relevant national policies,family-centered advance care planning has become a social hot topic of concern and one of the key areas of medical development in China currently.This article elaborates on the necessity and application effects of family-centered advance care planning in cancer patients,analyzes their development obstacles,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to accelerate the standardized construction of family-centered advance care planning in China and promote the further develop-ment of hospice care in China.
