The role of clinical skills training in the cultivation process of medical students
With the continuous development of medical education,clinical skills training has become an impor-tant part of medical students'training.The requirement of clinical ability in medical field is increasing day by day,and the traditional teaching mode can not meet the comprehensive quality and practical ability needed by future doctors.The existing research shows that clinical skills training can not only effectively improve the clini-cal operation ability of medical students,but also promote the cultivation of their communication skills,teamwork ability and professional quality.However,although clinical skills training plays a key role in medical education,there are still some problems in the implementation process,such as the imbalance of educational resources,the disconnection between the content of practical training and the actual demand.Based on the review of relevant literature,this paper deeply analyzes the specific implementation of clinical skills training and its application in different stages of medical education,aiming at providing useful suggestions and references for the further devel-opment of medical education.
