Application of teaching mode based on case joint scenario exercise simulation in undergraduate anesthe-sia education
Objective To explore the application effects of the teaching mode based on case joint scenario exer-cise simulation in undergraduate anesthesia education.Methods A total of 110 anesthesiology undergraduates of grade 2020 in the Department of Anesthesiology of Guizhou Medical University were selected and randomly divid-ed into the traditional simulation teaching group(group A)with 55 students and the case joint scenario exercise simulation teaching group(group B)with 55 students.The two groups have the same simulated training class hours,in which group A uses simulated teaching equipment to assist theoretical teaching;On the basis of group A,group B was taught by distributing typical case data and video data,scene drills and role plays in class.At the end of the teaching,the theoretical assessment results of the simulation training course and the teaching satis-faction questionnaire results of the two groups of students were compared to evaluate the application effect of the teaching mode.Results The assessment results of the practical training courses in group B were better than those in group A(P<0.05).The performance of the practical training courses for male students in group B was better than that of male students in group A(P<0.05).Comparing the satisfaction of two groups with teaching con-tent,teaching experience,teaching effectiveness,and the satisfaction of teachers with the initiative of teaching students,group B was higher than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode based on case joint scenario exercise simulation can improve the theoretical assessment results of simulation training teaching,stimulate students'interest in course learning,and improve students'satisfaction with teaching content,teaching form and teaching experience.
