逍遥散联合匹维溴铵片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察
Clinical observation of Xiaoyao powder combined with pinaverium bromide tablets on the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome

摘要
目的 观察逍遥散联合匹维溴铵片治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效.方法 将69例腹泻型IBS患者随机分为3组,联合组28例应用逍遥散联合匹维溴铵片治疗,中药组20例应用逍遥散治疗,西药组21例应用匹维溴铵片治疗,3组均4周为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程,比较3组疗效,观察3组治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分变化和主要症状积分变化.结果 联合组总有效率(89.3％)高于中药组(65.0％)、西药组(71.4％)(P＜0.05),联合组疗效优于中药组、西药组.3组治疗后SAS、SDS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且联合组较中药组、西药组降低明显(P＜0.05).3组治疗后腹痛、腹泻、腹胀主要症状积分均较本组治疗前降低(P＜0.05),且联合组较中药组、西药组降低明显(P＜0.05).结论 逍遥散联合匹维溴铵片治疗腹泻型IBS,不仅对患者的腹痛、腹泻、腹胀等主要症状有明显改善作用,还可明显改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with pinaverium bromide tablets on the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).Methods 69 diarrhea-type IBS patients were randomly divided into three groups.28 patients in combination group were treated by Xiaoyao powder combined with pinaverium bromide tablets.20 patients in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group were treated by Xiaoyao powder.21 patients in western group were treated by pinaverium bromide tablets.The course was four weeks in three groups.The curative effect,self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the main clinical symptom score before and after treatment were observed in three groups.Results The total effective rate in combination group(89.3％) was higher than that in TCM(65.0％) and western medicine group (71.4％,P＜ 0.05).The curative effect in combination group was superior to that in TCM and western medicine group.The scores of SAS and SDS after treatment were decreased as compared with those in before treatment in three groups (P＜ 0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS after treatment in combination group were obviously lower than those in TCM and western medicine group (P ＜ 0.05).The symptom scores of stomachache,diarrhea and abdominal distension after treatment were decreased in three groups (P ＜ 0.05),and the decreased in combination group was obviously lower than that in TCM and western medicine group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Treatment of Xiaoyao powder combined with pinaverium bromide tablets on diarrhea-type IBS,can obviously improve the main symptom,including stomachache,diarrhea and abdominal distension,and significantly improve anxiety and depression.
