Clinical efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow method plus medicine iron therapy in treating functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency cold
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of midnight-noon ebb-flow method plus medicine iron therapy in treating functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen-stomach deficiency cold.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with FD of spleen and stomach deficiency type were randomized 1∶1 to receive midnight-noon ebb-flow method plus medicine iron ther-apy(the treatment group)or domperidone tablets(the control group).A 28-day treatment was performed in the both groups,aiming to compare curative effects,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)/self-rating depression scale(SDS)score between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(96.67%[58/60]vs76.67%[46/60],P<0.05).After treat-ment,the each dimension scores and total scores of TCM symptom in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For FD of spleen-stomach deficiency cold,midnight-noon ebb-flow method plus medicine iron therapy is effective,which can improve the main symptoms of patients.
